border-box;">资料显示，嘉陵工业集中区远期规划40平方公里，控规审定面积21平方公里。目前已入驻企业188家，其中规模以上企业73户。2020年工业生产总值541亿元，实现利税4.03亿元，解决就业约1.2万人。园区重点发展千亿级汽车汽配产业集群和丝纺服装、食品饮料、家居建材等3个百亿级产业集群。其中，汽车汽配产业集群布局在嘉陵新能源汽车特色小镇，目前已入驻新能源整车企业1家、汽车研究院3家，吉利商用车总部设在嘉陵。整车方面有以电动、混动、甲醇、增程式及氢燃料为动力的产品，专用车方面有生产节能环保型和特种专用车的企业。</p></section></section></section></section></section><section 嘉陵区面临嘉陵工业集中区无法申报省级经开区等现实困难。“经开区管理体制优化调整将促进市经开区化工园区与嘉陵工业集中区实现产业分区分工、资源统筹分配、协同融合发展，着力打造油气化工、汽车汽配两大千亿产业集群，争创国家级经济技术开发区。”嘉陵工业集中区管委会相关负责人介绍，南充市委、市政府将“两园”整合，设立高新技术产业开发区。围绕新能源整车、汽车零部件总成两大主攻方向，全力支持吉利汽车达产稳产满产，在强链补链延链上狠下功夫，建成产城融合发展的国家级新能源汽车产业基地、全国汽车汽配基地核心区。深入推进“亩产效益”改革，加快发展油气化工、精细（医药）化工、化工新材料等主导产业，全力冲刺千亿级油气化工产业集群。力争到 2026 年，汽车汽配、油气化工两大产业集群产值均突破 300 亿元，为建成全省和成渝地区经济副中心、全面建设社会主义现代化南充提供强大的产业支撑。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;">“我们已经成立了创建国家级经济技术开发区工作领导小组，全面推进创建工作。”经开区经济发展局相关负责人介绍，目前创建国家级经开区的相关工作正加快推进中，已编制《南充经济开发区创建国家级经济技术开发区工作方案》，按照“一事一主体、一主体一责任人”原则，形成问题清单、任务清单、责任清单；对照商务部《国家级经济技术开发区综合发展水平考核评价办法（2021年版本）》进行现状梳理，对标对表、补缺补短。力争园区2022年纳入国家级经济技术开发区培育，2023年通过国家商务部复审，获得国务院批准，成功创建为国家级经济技术开发区。</p></section></section></section><section
