在最合适的时机买了最合适的房子最重要。因为不差钱而买下不急需的房产，那叫投机。而一味的只顾存钱而不考虑生活质量的方式也不可取，因为货币存在贬值的现实风险。所以瞅准时机把钱用在刀刃上才是最该优先考虑的。
