我们小区每平两元物业费，小区环境还行，管理没跟上，物业一般般吧，只能安慰自己比上不足，比下有余。南充大概就只有万科物业最好了，如果我们小区物业能换成万科物业就好了。

物业服务还可以，清洁大姐保安都有礼貌，虽然二块左右一平的物管费也值，只要服务好，业主满意就行，各行各业工作那有百分百

我家小区物业还可以、卫生做得好、只是几个老头坐下都不太想起来巡逻一下。以前的保安年龄轻一点、巡逻时就爱哼歌、反复就是那几句。有时一个人在家、、听到歌声、就不害怕、知道保安在巡逻。

我们小区是佳裕物业，每月每年1.15元，垃圾清运费每年八十多块钱。物业对小区里的清洁卫生，园林绿化都搞得还可以，就是对楼顶违规搭建，种菜打围处理不了。
