2022年首场土拍来了！两宗“回锅肉”地块再次上架

line-height: 1.75em;">地块位于高坪区龙门片区，作为文旅新城，该片区未来将通过文化旅游产业来推动发展，地块所处的月亮岛就是其重要主城部分。月亮岛位于古镇核心区南端，西邻嘉陵江，东、南为龙湖围绕，四面环水，总面积约80公顷，建设净用地约980亩。规划建成集北部商业区、南部住宅区，集餐饮、娱乐、文化、购物为一体的时尚综合度假区。地块作为月亮岛门户，地理位置非常优越，这次是否能成功出让，也是备受关注，因为这是该地块第三次被推出拍卖。</p><p style="border: 0px;
