现在公厕都不收费了，这是有人霸占公厕进行私人收费。作为农贸市场方，本来就应该提供厕所，管理员工资就应该市场方负责，他们每年只知道分钱，让管理员另外赚钱。
公厕收费就像是原来那种收保护费、过路费一样，国家建立的公共设施都是所有人都可以使用而不是私人所拥有的
不应该收，看过前两期报道，我认为管理员没错，干了活就该用工资收入，错在市场拥有者那几个股东，政府有明文规定公厕不允许收费，市场里公厕是市场提供的应有设施，虽然是要用水用电等，但你市场方在每个商户身上多收了十元入厕费呀，你是只想收入不愿付出，更可笑的是负担水电费不负担人员工资，叫管理员收取每入五角一次入厕费来冲抵工资。
严格的说，公共设施是不用收费的。但是公共设施的厕所，是有政府支付工资。但是这个明显是别人自己赚工资，这个没有办法的事情。
公共厕所可能有两个来源，两个来源分别具有各自的性质：
一是来自于政府，属于公共设施，由政府相关部门负责打扫、维护，因此不应收费。如果不干净，理论上应该向其主管部门或者上级举报或者投诉。
二是来自于私人，属于商业设施，具有盈利性质，但是是否收费由该私人决定，卫生自然也尤其负责，不干净不去就是了。
不应该收费，公厕的建设是因方便群众，而不是让群众感觉不方便。不方便就只有回到以前那个脏乱差的环境了。
