16px;">活动期间，高坪文化艺术中心、南充高中（临江校区）、嘉陵会堂、金鸿大酒店将进行舞蹈、声乐、语言、器乐类节目演出比赛。市民群众可以走进各比赛场馆，感受特殊艺术的魅力，为残疾朋友加油喝彩。南充人民公园（市政广场）将举办残疾人文化事业成果展，充分展示四川各地的风土人情以及残疾人艺术作品，让市民群众饱览残疾人朋友创作的精美作品，享受身边的“艺术盛宴”。</span></p><p 16px;">沈一凡在介绍四川省第三届残疾人文化艺术节筹备工作情况时说，南充是三国文化和春节文化的发祥地，民风淳朴，民俗优雅，三国文化、丝绸文化、红色文化、嘉陵江文化和春节文化交融生辉，川北大木偶、川北灯戏、川北剪纸、川北皮影饮誉中外。近年来，南充将残疾人文化事业纳入文化发展大局，统筹安排、协调推进。落实公共文化设施和公园等公共场所对残疾人免费或优惠开放政策；实施残疾人文化创意产业基地项目，成立残疾人文化创意中心1个、主题公园2个、文体示范点60个；完善残疾人公共文化服务基础设施，开通《手语新闻》栏目，设立盲人阅览室，盲人电影院；发现和培养残疾人文化艺术拔尖人才，蓬安县肢残人油画家康骅，南部县残疾人杜显树创作树皮画屡次在国内获奖。同时，积极参加第一、二届残疾人文化艺术节，取得了优异成绩。本届艺术节在南充举办，是对南充文化事业和残疾人工作的充分肯定，将集全市之智，举全市之力，办出特色，办出精彩。</span></p><p
