21px;">本次调研，区就业局将功夫放在之前，制订了线上线下调研工作方案，印制了《顺庆区2021年区属企业用工情况》调查表、《顺庆区企业人力资源数字化转型现状调研问卷》线上问卷，针对用工企业需求进行记录，建立台账，深入了解企业预期岗位潜力，根据其新增岗位需求组织职工进行有针对性的职业技能培训，增加人岗匹配度，力争帮助企业发挥最大的潜能。</span></p><p 21px;">调研了解到，目前我区用工总体平稳，无用工需求的规上企业10家，5家规上企业、4家新开工企业有用工需求，涉及16个工种210多个岗位。如凯普松电子已建成8条生产线，到年底前将建成100条生产线，开工50条生产线，需要普工150人以上；日上金属已进入生产旺季，当前缺工集中在焊工和拼装工，需求量150人左右，拼装工要求员工能合理下料，能看懂CAD图纸，会制作、会拼装，技术要求较高。</span><span
