21px;">调研了解到,目前我区用工总体平稳,无用工需求的规上企业10家,5家规上企业、4家新开工企业有用工需求,涉及16个工种210多个岗位。如凯普松电子已建成8条生产线,到年底前将建成100条生产线,开工50条生产线,需要普工150人以上;日上金属已进入生产旺季,当前缺工集中在焊工和拼装工,需求量150人左右,拼装工要求员工能合理下料,能看懂CAD图纸,会制作、会拼装,技术要求较高。</span><span
