南充这个“城中村”多次拆迁未果，住户纷纷搬离

line-height: 1.75em;">据了解，原米粉厂占地7.5亩，原本有169户500多人居住在这里，之后有不少人搬离了这里。拆迁的棚户区由临街的砖瓦结构土坯房和5层老旧楼房组成，拆迁范围涉及原土地面积6.6亩，拆迁房屋总面积近7000平方米。该建筑多为上世纪五六十年代和七八十年代修建。已经经历了半个多世纪的风霜。整个米粉厂片区，仅有一个公共厕所，地势低洼的地方，排水设施也相当落后，一下大雨，水都能淹到膝盖位置。环境恶劣，生活设施落后，2017年，原米粉厂便开始准备拆迁改造。</p><p style="border: 0px;
