烂尾5年！南充五星花园的这个楼盘通过售卖车库盘活楼盘

white-space: normal; line-height: 1.75em;">五星现代城最初的案名是曼哈顿商业广场，开发商是四川恒顺房地产开发有限公司，该地块之前是人民中路小学，后来学校拆除了用于项目开发。按照规划，该项目将打造成南充五星黄金商圈一流的商住项目，该开发商将对人民中路小学地块及相邻周边地块作整体开发。</p><p style="border: 0px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);
