为确保电动自行车新强制性国家标准《电动自行车安全技术规范》（GB17761-2018）顺利实施，4月9日，省市场监督管理局、经济和信息化厅、公安厅联合印发了《关于加强电动自行车国家标准实施监督的意见》（川市监发28号），要求<span style="max-width: 100%;color: #FF0000;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;"><strong style="max-width: 100%;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">各地对群众在2019年4月15日之前购买，未及时登记注册的不符合新标准的电动自行车，在今年2019年10月15日前办理注册登记。10月15日（含）以后，严禁未获得CCC认证（中国强制认证）、不符合新标准要求的电动自行车上牌。</strong></span>因此，我支队结合《南充市城市道路车辆通行管理条例》第二十一条之规定，<strong style="max-width: 100%;box-sizing: border-box !important;word-wrap: break-word !important;">自本月15日起，恢复对符合上述要求的电动自行车注册登记。</strong>需要注意的是，交警部门目前对具有脚踏功能、外形尺寸、整车质量符合新国标，取得CCC认证证书以及正规销售发票的电动车自行车也将同步进行登记注册工作，发放绿底白字白边线号牌。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;text-indent:
