text-align: left;"><br data-filtered="filtered"/> 李先生打开电脑,登录市房管局网站“新建项目查询”,输入“滨江天地”,显示出已办项目列表。李先生指着列表称,“预售许可证号”下方只显示5个号,可以说明目前只办理了5张《预售许可证》。随后李先生又点击“楼盘表”,显示七幢房屋及单元情况: 第一幢第一单元,在图例板上有“可售”显绿色,“正在签约”显蓝色,“已签约”显浅黄色,“已备案”、“查封”、“抵押”、“抵押查封”、“非预(销)售房屋”等分别显示不同颜色。李先生称,问题出在下方的楼盘表视图,各单元及楼层的房屋销售情况一目了然。</p><p deep="4" style="white-space: normal; text-align: left;"><br data-filtered="filtered"/> “现在有现房在销售吗?首付款是多少?能拿到网签合同吗?”对于记者的问题, 该男子一一作答:“现在1、2号楼已经封顶了,可以看到现房,其他楼栋内房子都是期房。 但1、2号楼的交房时间是2019年12月。 如果现在选购1、2号楼内的房子,需要交‘三成’的首付款。因为没《预售许可证》, 所以在签订购房合同后暂时还不能签订网签合同。”</p><p deep="4" style="white-space: normal;
